A beautiful scenic course, the Edinburgh Marathon passes along historic Scottish landmarks like Holyrood Palace and Gosford House, following the coast road and travelling through the Golf Coast, home to 22 golf courses. You'll pass the extinct volcano Arthurs Seat and run through Holyrood Park. The Edinburgh Marathon showcases the best that Scotland has to offer and will be an adventure you'll never forget.

If you have already secured a place through the event organisers we would welcome you to join Team SRUK as an Own Place runner.

To join as an Own Place runner you must have already received your place and paid your entry fee direct to the event organisers. As an Own Place runner there is no minimum sponsorship required but every penny you raise helps support our vital work.
