The Helpline operates 365 days a year from 9am – 7pm. If you can’t get through, please leave your name and number and you will receive a call back within 24 hours.

Our helpline is run by our dedicated team of volunteers. The volunteer that you talk to may have scleroderma and/or Raynaud’s. Everyone’s experience of these conditions is varied, complex and unique to them. Our volunteers actively listen to your issues and try to help with your particular enquiry offering you an individual, personalised response.

Our helpline can provide the following:

  • Listening and support
  • Practical information
  • Access to SRUK support services

If you need urgent help or medical assistance

If you need emergency assistance, telephone 999. If you’re looking for specific advice about your treatment or care, contact your local medical professional or service.

Our helpline volunteers

As our Helpline team are volunteers, they are not medically qualified and will not give medical advice or opinions. If you have a medical question, please get in touch with SRUK and ask if you can receive a call back from our healthcare specialist. Our healthcare specialist can provide medical information but not medical advice.
